I have had a strong connection to the sea since a child. Born and raised in the Midlands, my family would head to Devon as often as possible. From a young age I felt so alive by the sea, it gave me such energy. 30 years later, me and my own little family have many happy memories of holidays in South Devon. After years of talking about moving, we finally took the leap to relocate to Teignmouth. Leaving behind family, friends and lovely Pilates clients was rather daunting! But we had an opportunity and I feel so blessed to be starting over somewhere so special to us.
I have learnt so much from all my clients over 18 years of teaching Pilates, my passion for it never fades. I am looking forward to working with some lovely new clients on this exciting journey.
